Refund of Premium Due to policy proposal cancellation - Life Insurance Corporation of India

Hello-

I wanted to request your help for the return of premium which was paid on the below policy. This life insurance policy was rejected by LIC on Medical grounds.

Proposal # 13763

Proposal Date 31 Jan 2012

Amount INR 26, 200.00

In spite of multiple follow ups I have not been able to get the refund. Ideally this should have been done by the agent, who didn't bother to do so. Recently I went to the branch and got to know that this amount has been transferred to another account without my knowledge. This is ethically incorrect and not in line with fair trade practices.

I would humbly request that please help me with the refund with interest without any further delay.
