FAKE COMMITMENT AND FRAUD, METIS MARKETING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

I was purchase policy from Metis Marketing Services Private limited they sold me policy with fake commitment as follows:
1. Mediclaim include in policy
2. 100% withdraw after 3rd year premium payment (as policy term describe only for 3 years)
3. 40% cash back on premium paid
Sir.. I also contact to Exide Life Insurance because that policy is of Exide life but they denied my request and told that policy freelook in period is over. Sir.. I did not received original document of the policy and hence i request for duplicate copy and then i contact to exide life insurnace. After receive duplicate documents all mobile no of metis marketing agent is closed or switch off. I was paid Rs. 30000 as premium. So i request to please help me to get back the amount. I also have several contact who cheated by metis marketing in same way.

    Wrong Commitment by Metis Marketing Service Delhi
    Afet so many calls by Mr. Rakesh Ranjan and team member of Shevata they have seated in Delhi and taken CODE for policy doing fraud and cheat customers. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan No. 9958745237, and 9958745349 told me I am the employee of directly HDFC life and company gives some benefit if you take policy. So I purchased by paying 25100/- Rs. and he was telling after dispatch bond paper. You have received only welcome kit because he was knowing his free look period will expire and customers nothing can do.and second time he told me the I have bonus offer on my first policy, if i will pay 25100 i will get 1 Lack Bonus amount. I will get this amount after receiving Bond paper. But still i did not got any bond paper and also now both of gyes are not picking the phone.
    Company of life insurer should take strict action against the code and Rakesh Ranjan Team on the name METIS MARKETING PVT LTD. 2ND FLOOR GN-4, SHIVAJI ENCLAVE RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI- CODE- 00698720, LICENSE NO- CA0205, CONTACCT DETAILS- 01149433723,

    finally suggest to all customer make aware and dont take any kinds of policy by the call of any third party fraud agent who cheat on the name of standard company.
    Life or health insurance company should also take action against such fraud when it has been reported either block list or imposed penalty because finally insurance company and customers suffers.
