Complaint against Bharat Healthcare for Policy amount not refunded

I have purchased a health insurance policy from bharat healthcare and paid Rs. 15990 online through credit card on 8 Jan 2018. Later on, when I got to know about the Company I have applied for cancellation of policy and refund of my policy amount as I have been told that If I cancel the policy within a period of 45 days from the payment then I will get whole the amount refund back to my account. I have received an email from the Company on 18 Jan 2018 that the amount will be refunded within a period of 25 to 30 days i.e upto 18 Feb 2018. I have called many times on the customer care number 9560616684 mentioned on the website, they didn't picked the call and now a days thier phone is getting switched off. Even i dropped a mail and didn't get any replied over a mail. Its a humble request to you and help me for getting the amount refund back into my account.
