I purchased GoDigit travel policy - D004918955- from PolicyBazaar for travel to US. I read the policy wording before purchasing the policy which clearly mentioned Emergency Medical Treatment is covered. But after I visited a doctor is US for sudden pain in my tooth, he gave me antibiotics and pain killer to get relieved from the severe pain. When I submitted documents for claim for doctor fees + medicines I was denied the claaim stating this doesnt come under Medical Treatment. You need to purchase separately a dental plan. When I asked it was no where mentioned in the policy wording that Dental treatment is not covered in Medical Treatment and it is a broader term, anyone would be misled assuming treatments to be covered.

They bifurcated the Dental treatment from MEDICAL Treatment without informing the customer by providing any * or something to show as a clause in the policy wording while purchasing the policy.

This is highly misleading and more importantly it feels like you are making fool who trust you while travelling abroad.
