Purse insaurance ONE ASSISTS not only they completely denied helping me out in this dire situation

I am Gaurav Nagpal from Karnal, Haryana (132001).
I would to inform you that
This Letter is all about the complain of the above mentioned Company – ONE ASSISTS – with whom HDFC Bank is associated with for providing INSURANCE SERVICES IN REGARD TO WALLET INSUARNCE, MOBILE ETC. I have a wallet insurance from ONE ASSISTS – MEMBERSHIP ID NO. 1000246426.
I travelled to GOA with my family on 30th November to 4th December 2015, where I accidentally lost my WALLET, containing my cards & CASH. As I have the WALLET INSUARNCE I called the ONE ASSISTS to help me out by providing cash (as this is the one of the benefit of insurance), not only they completely denied helping me out in this dire situation, but also didn’t respond to my calls, used abusive language, humiliated me and gave all the silly reason for not helping me out (ex – as you are travelling with your family we cant help you as per the terms & condition).
From that day onward I tried calling them again n again to know the reason but all in vain.

Please look into this matter; it requires serious walk through and interference from your side.
I hope you will act promptly. Looking forward for a positive reply.
