Mislead information from Birla sunlife insurance and my money is stuck with them since last 4 years

Birla sunlife agent committed me wrong information and my money is stuck there since last 4 years. they want me to serve 5 years lockin period, they are selleling my money and also not giving exact date of settlement. have tried with them but its useless talking to them, they always send a default drafted mails.
