My Micromax mobile is insured with Syska Gadget Secure. I registered claim on 22.Jan.16 for my hand set. The insurance document says that pick up will be provided by Syska Gadget Secure and it is told during claim registration that pick up facility will be provided within 48 hours. But no one picked up my handset till 6.Feb.16. After verifying documents Syska Gadget Secure executive picked up my handset. Few days later, I got call from Syska Gadget Secure and asking me that documents are not complete please upload document. I uploaded document. Again few days later I got call from Micromax service and asked me to provide document. I told that you can get it from Syska Gadget Secure since it is insured with their company. But Micormax service centre replied that they will not start job until and unless documents are not provided. I again provided separately documents to Micromax Service centre. I thought that I will get my handset in 15 days. Today is 29.Mar.16 and still there is no surety given by Syska Gadget Secure whether they will give me my handset or not. I had sent number of email to their email address but Syska Gadget Secure were & still not replying. When called to their helpline number Syska Gadget Secure executive not allowing to speak with their superior. All time I asked them one question that if any vehicle got accident it gets repaired in 1 month period. But now this handset took clear 2 months 6 days as on today and there is no commitment till date. Now I started believing that it might be misplaced by Micromax Srevice Centre. Please help!
