Cheated by Insurance company ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE against my claim of both kneeS

I had submitted my insurance policy claim against my Hospital Care Policy No.06517553 for both knee joint replacement surgery for both knees for Rs 5,80,000/-
But to my surprise CLAIM was settled for Rs 1,54,000/-
Balance payment is still not received by me. As per policy terms I am eligible for Rs 4,00,000/- PER year against claim
And Rs 20,00,000/- for lifelong. The Company has CHEATED me
By reducing the claim AMOUNT to Rs 1,54,000/-
