Hi,I have purchased one assist insurance claim for my I phone7 mobile.Its a claim for any accidental/Physical Damage.Its validity is one year and i can claim it twice.
It was purchased in august'17.my screen was broken in mid of September,so i filed a claim.Despite uploading every document and waiting till 29th september,they said now one more document is missing(which they never mentioned previously).And I was busy in some office meetings abroad for 10 days till mid of October.Then i called them again and they said ok mam u upload the document.But after that they closed it.I purchased it for approx 4000/-.Now they are not reopening and talking very rudely.They say manager se baat krlo aur ho jaega but again waiting and waiting,there is no revert.please take a step towards it.
