NAME OF INSURER: UNIVERSAL SOMPO GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD.
ERICSON INSURANCE COMPANY.
BRIEF FACT:
I WAS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL FOR COVID POSITIVE ON 2ND APRIL 2021. HOSPITAL AND MYSELF WE INTIMATED THE INSURANCE COMPANY OF BEING ADMITTED ON 2ND AND 3RD APRIL 2021. BUT THE COMPANY REJECTED MY CLAIM WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY REASON AND IF I CALL THERE TOLLFREE NUMBER NO RESPONSE IS GIVEN PROPERLY. THEY ISSUED QUERY LATER , I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND CLEARED THE QUERY BUT STILL NO RESPONSE.
AT THE BEGINNING THE COMPANY SAID THAT THE UPDATATION HAS NOT BEEN DONE FROM THERE SIDE, THEY ASKED ME TO PAY THE BILL AND WILL REIMBURSE ME LATER.
