Surrender amount not paid, avoiding since last 1 and 1/2 months

Hello Team,
Due to Covid 19 pandemic I lost my job and I'm unable to pay the upcoming premiums of my policy. Hence to strive in this situation I have decided to surrender my HDFC life insurance policy. I agreed for the amount which they have shown me on surrender and completed all of the formalities/procedures for surrender.
But HDFC life team continuously playing with me and unnecessary avoiding my application. They even not replying my mails properly or asking for the documents repeatedly which I have already submitted previously. Now it's been almost 1 1/2 months completed I have filed for surrender but they are just playing with my condition and not even answering my calls.
Requesting you, please help me.
