deduction of amount from claim

Insurance Complaint Complaint Date: December 4, 2019
I have put the claim for Rs.70884/- , but amount deducted from the claim Rs.14100/- I recd the charges for the ICU only and 7 days was in hospital after ICU, those amount deducted & now denying to give the deducted amount. Communicated so many times, no satisfactory answer given by MD india.Neither they are confirming neither they are paying the money.
