Policy cancellation is not being done and refund is not being issued

I had applied to cancel my property insurance on 31st October 2020.

Never did I get a reply nor the refund was issued within 15 working days as promised.

When I contacted them now they are saying documents are incomplete.

I have given the documents but refund is still pending.

Please look into this.
