AUTO MATURITY FINAL SHORT PAYMENT OF PLI MATURITY CLAIM POLICY NO-APS 190922-L(EA/40) DT 15 May 1997 FOR (Rs- 50,000 ) Sir, l am Army No-13619368P (JC-500785X) SUB PARGAS SINGH.
1. With due respect I wish to submit that l have been taken the maturity claim of Rs- 76837 in r/o above particularsed PLI Policy vide your dte (PLI CELL) sanction memo No- maturity/1000/APS-190922-L/CKey-ID 303613 dt 20Jun 2012. But my policy according amount is not properly iussed your dte. The all premium amount of done and received your department (PLI CELL).But l should have been received same more amount with following calculations-​Bonus 76.00- 1Apr1997,
77.00- 1Apr1998,77.00-1Apr1999,70.00-1Apr2000 to 1Apr2007,65.00-1Apr2008,60.00-1Apr2009 & 2010,58.00-01Apr2011.Sir Net amount was to be paid Rs-1,01,650/- indent of Rs-76,837/-by balance of amount your department PLI CELL for Rs-24813/-

2. Further, it is intimated that the full PLI premium of Rs- 268/-PM has already been detected from my IRLA up to May 2012.Further necessary action please. lt is request that the balance admissibal amount may please be credit to my STATE BANK OF INDIA BRANCH BHUTTA LUDHIANA PUNJAB 141602.PARGAS SINGH, Account No- 20040851035 IFSC CODE​ No-SBIN051276.
