Sub- poor service in claim

Dear Sir,

kindly inform you that i have purchased insurance policy from your company ROYAL SUNDRAM for my innova car number PB10ET4411 dated 30/06/2017 policy number VPC0851555000100 and there was no any claim in this year and i have paid for that policy amount of 43771/-Rs. . Again i have renewal my police in your company policy number VPC0998420000100 again i have paid for this policy amount of 35150/-Rs . now i have drop my car in Globe Toyota jugiana ludhiana for claim dated 30/07/2018 i am calling daily in globe toyota from 30/07/2018 but there Mr Harpreet Singh said that Royal Sundram company surveyor Japneet his mobile no-9814813094 not giving approval. Today Mr. Harpreet send me mail he written to me your company surveyor approval front bumper how he can say that when i take insurance policy from your company that time my car was in well condition and my car have not any single scratch. your company given assurance. now you are harassing me if you will not give the full claim then i will complaint in consumer court and charge compulsion 2 lakh for harassment because my business suffering from your service . and i am also using taxi the taxi charge 1500/-Rs per day i will also claim taxi charge until my car in Globe Toyota Bodyshop because your service is poor you are don't want give claim if will cheat your company customer i will press conference and will post all social sites that Royal Sundram General Insurance company cheated.
