Unfair practice & misguided against policy - PNB MetLife Insurance Company

I wish to lodge my complaint against the misguide done by the company agent Ms. Jyoti/ Mr. Bharat Kumar (whereas multiple numbers & names have been mentioned in the policy documents). The Agent while doing the policy explained that the policy term is for 5 years which means the premium must be paid just for 5 years (I have proofs for the same). But when I visited the local branch office I came to knew that policy term is for 15 years i.e. premium must be paid for 15 years. Therefore, as I cant pay that much premium so I wish to discountinue the policy & my paid premium should be given back. Also the strict action should be taken against the agent & the respective company.
I have written proofs of policy explained by the agent.
Moreover, I complained to IRDA for the same but no solution to this.
