i have purchased my phone"oneplus x" on date 7th march 2016 and price of my phone is 16999.i have taken insurance for my mobile of rs 1499.the insurance consist breakage of phone.my phone screen broke and i claimed for my broken screen of my phone.i talk to insurance company regarding my broken screen of my mobile and they have not taken any action against my complain.

    My claim are approve previous 4 month but they have no transfer the money in my account I have send all documents by courier and I m every day contact for quick heal sale manager but this is no actual time in resolve the issue.. Costumer care service are very very poor I think it's my big mistake I purchased quick insurance.. I m totally frustrated.. I suggest for every customer ur not use this company service...

    PURCHASED A QUICK HEAL INSURANCE fr my galaxy j7 prime ....handset fell n screen got damaged i registered on 7th december 2017 n they agreed n said me to submit alll original documents ...n all the said original documents were send n the same were received by QUICK HEAL INSURANCE on 1ST FEB 2018....FRM THT I M CALLING N MAILING TO THE CO BUT ZERO RESPONSE FRM THE CO.....FED UP FRM IT ......PROMISED NVR TO BUY INSURANCE N SUGGESTED ALL MY FRIENDS TOOO ....STILLL WAITING FR AMNT
