Accident Car not repair by insurance company from last 1 n half months still in same condition.

Hello helpi,
My toyota etios car met with accident last 27 june. I called to insurance companysame date. My car insurance is bumper to bumper full insurance cover expiry date in last week of August.after accident when i inform insurance company they told me go to poneer toyota patiala.29june i sent my car to poneer patiala. My car insur6value is 400000 But till date car standing there in same condition. Company manager and survier seid me repair your car from out side or take go with total lose and take your accedent car yourself without copy sale in scrap dealer. We wil gives 330000 and we deduct 70000 becose we give you your car back and sale it to any scrap dealer with out copy. No scrapdealer want to buy without copy. Without copy its value just 20000 - 25000. I just want to repair my car plzz suggest me what i do. I suffering with lots od problem. I alredy have loan on my car. I paing my emi even i don't have car.
