Annual health checkup reports not provided complaint against Religare health insurance

I have taken a health insurance for my mother, and got the annual health checkup done after booking an appointment from Religare at Madhura Diagnostic center, Latur. My mother went for the checkup as per the schedule. The diagnostic center refused to perform the diagnostic with regards to some payment issue with religare. but, then they agreed to take the blood sample. when we visited the diagnostic center for taking reports, they refused to give the reports saying that they are not getting payment from religare on time. Hence, they will not provide the report. we called religare customer care many times and registered the complaint. Religare did not respond to any request and complaints. Even after following up for a year they did not provide the reports. Policy Number: 10172298, Dignostic date: 20th December 2016
