Mobile Insurance Refund not done since 26 Days, Vivo V5 Plus Mobile to OneAssist Insurance

I recently purchased Vivo V5 Plus Mobile and I opted for OneAssist Insurance worth Rs.2199/-. But later I returned the phone back as I was not happy with experience and I have asked OneAssist to refund my monet worth Rs. 2199/- back.

One of the representative called me and took my bank account details. But after that no money is credited to my bank account. Also they are not providing any Transaction Reference Number and any other details if they have transferred RS. 2199/- to my account.
