Cheating with Consumer in the name of claim, complaint in One assist website

Hi,

I have raised complaint in One assist website for my dad redmi note 3 mobile. While using the mobile phone it was getting overheated so we went to redmi customer care they informed us you need to contact One assist because you have taken one assist insurance plan so they will come and collect the phone.

I am have raised the request regarding damage of my mobile phone redmi note 3.It was not charging and phone is getting overheated. It is that much that we are not able to use the phone for some time, So i went to service center and given the phone to them to check i. Hence it is authorized service center of Redmi in Nagpur so we went there.
Service center person informed us this is water damage, However you have taken One assist plan you have to contact to them.So i have submitted the details in your website,
Today i have got a call (02241033999) from one of your Engineer stating that the phone will not be covered under warranty due to you have showed the phone to service center.My concern is If any issue is there we have to go to service center only because we thought there will be some software issue. So we have contacted them.


my Dad has updated the details in there website and raised the complaint We have got the call and we have informed the we are not able to update all the details in there website due to words constraint of 256 .then we got the call from customer care they told us that your claim got rejected due to proper information not provided in the website. I have told them due to word restriction we are not able to update the details. They have suggested me to send out all the details in the mail so that we can raise it with concern department. I have sent all the details, However after waiting for One hour in waiting que in customer care they have informed me that they cannot process my claim they have closed it.

What is the use of sending the mail if they are not able to reply to the mail. Simply they are cheating the consumers. And telling us to buy the plan
