I have try to purchase health policy from Royal sundaram on 28.08.17
Quote id is . RSAIIHP659331
I ave made payment of Rs. 10831/
Receipt No. RCP0003704
Status Policy Rejected.

But till today I have not received refunded amount.
I want Rs. 10831 + 18% Gst, which I have paid to Bank & Penalty charges

    Need urgent redressal on insurance policy by royal sundaram by Uddalak:

    Dear sir

    I was sold a policy by some telecaller from Royal sundaram which they said was a joint scheme by sbi and can be availed only on credit card by sbi.i took the scheme and paid the amount and finally found out that such a scheme was redundant as sbi has no such tie up. I wish to discontinue the policy but I am not being allowed to do so by customer service of the company. Please help urgently.
