Fraudulently activated and renewed a plan

I have been cheated and amount of 1799 Rupees has been deducted for last two years without my consent (HDFC had said I will not have to pay any extra for this). They renewed this bogus plan despite having been complained about same last year. HDFC Credit Cards has colluded with OneAssist CSPvtLtd to deduct this amount. Now they are not responding to any of my complaints and are simply pointing fingers at each other. There are many more people who have been cheated the same way I have been cheated by the nexus of HDFC Credit Cards and OneAssist. Under the name of tie up they are running a scam. Please help me to get my hard earned money back.
