Over call/ portal all services are free, but when I visit Dabri Pankha Road, Delhi branch they asked for 5000/- commission, after a long inspection of 45 mins, then promise to tell value on call but after taking OTP executive denied to tell the value and insisting me to visit branch first to know the vehicle valuation. Totally Harassment of more than 1 hour
