I am working for ARMY. I was posted to Delhi in July 2016. While opening my Luggage i found that my Whirpool Washing machine was making lot of noise. I lodged a complaint with the customer care. Engineer came from MAGIC Technologies on 07/07/2016 and informed that Bearing/seal/tub are damaged and needs to be replaced at the service centre. The machine was taken on 08/07/2016 and after repairs as per the service centre it was returned on 03/08/2016. As the engineer Mr Rajkumar switched the machine there was a loud bang and he informed that the Power Board is faulty and needs to be replaced. (It was absolutely fine before the machine had gone to service centre). The power board was finally replaced on 10/09/2016. I paid Rs 5300 to MAGIC Technologies. The machine worked for few days and again stopped and showed errors. I again lodged a complain with customer care who directed it to DISHA enterprises this time. Engineer came on 16/10/2016 and announced that Inlet valve is faulty. He replaced it and i paid Rs 1932. The machine again showed error on 19/10/2016. I contacted the Area Manager this time Mrs Geetanjali, she assured me that machine will be repaired and directed MAGIC technologies to repair it. The learnd engineer Mr Rajkumar again came and told that Power Borad is faulty. The Power board was replaced on 22/10/2016. The machine ran for few days and again showed error on 03/11/2016. Engineer came and checked the machine and told to my horror that the work of Bearing/seal/Tub was not done properly and water was leaking on the motor, hence the machine needs to go to service centre again. The machine was taken on 07/11/2016 and returned on 05/12/2016. it ran for one day and again showed error. Engineer Rajkumar came and told that Heater was faulty and replaced it. Machine again ahowed erroe after few days on 05/01/2017. Same Engineer now came and replaced the POWER BOARD and told that the MOTOR needs to be replaced however they cannot change it and i need to contact customer care. I HAVE GONE INSANE, AFTER SEVEN MONTHS AND PAYING MORE THAN Rs 7000 MY MACHINE IS NOT RUNNING. IS THERE ANY SENSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND SORT OUT MAGIC TECHNOLOGIES FOR HARASSING A CUSTOMER FOR SEVEN MONTHS AND MAKING A FOOL OUT OF HIM.
