Dear madam

My brother who usually is a permanent resident of New Zealand has been implicated in false 498a case. He came to India to Join the investigation. He has returned all the stridhan. The investigation officer also agrees FIR is fake. We have all documents to support our innocence. But lower court rejected anticipatory bail as We did not pay Rs 60 lac as demanded by girl party. Then we pleaded in high court Haryana and chandigarh where Hon Judge Lisa Gill was threatening from beginning that if my brother does not pay said amount she will dismiss anticipatory bail. We provided all the documents and evidences which she did not pay attention to. She dismissed bail on the fact that we did not pay Rs 60 lac to female and was very hostile throughout the proceedings. This is open harassment and shameful act on behalf of Indian judiciary. I am writing to you because my brother lives usually in NZ and he has been given red corner to further harass him. He is jobless for more than a year which judge is not interested in. My brother offered to take his wife back to New Zealand for the sake of child which she is not ready to do. She only wants money and judge is supporting her. For Judge compromise is money even if my brother is borrowing for his day to day living. My brother is harassed so much so that he is depressed to an extent where he is coming to a situation even to commit a suicide. I need your help in this case please to save my brother.
