Dear Sir,

I purchased Led TV , cctv set up and insurance for led tv and cctv from this seller. Before purchasing he said he will provide me service for 3 years for cctv and 2 years warranty on cctv and led tv.
He mentioned if anything goes wrong with cctv for 2 years he will replace it and f anything goes wrong with led tv for 2 years he will replace it .
He also said just to be on safer side if I take insurance for cctv and led tv for 5 years then both the products will be covered for 5 years under insurance scheme that if anything happens to products they will be replaced.
Just after two weeks of installation of cctv , it stopped recording , I called this service provider and owner of company , he came and checked few times and found out hard disk 2 TB was crashed. He replaced the hard disk later to 1 TB. He said he will put 2 TB soon.
Since then its today I have been calling him , sms’d him and whats app him several times almost every week to request him to replace and put 2 terabyte hard disk for which I paid for but he has not responded. He always makes excuses thats it. Unfortunately his cctv is also corrupted. When we exported recordings , all recordings are corrupted. We informed him and he never replied.
I have his whats app , sms and call recordings including emails I sent him. He has also not shared bills properly with me yet. Moreover he continue to make excuses and abused me on phone. Even after all this I paid him 5000 advance for second LED TV , he never shared the bill.

Relief I request from consumer forum.
1.I require the 2 terabytes harddisk installed asap as I paid for it.
2. I require DVR replaced as its corrupted and wont export recorded files properly.
3. I require proper bills for LED TV , CCTV Set up , BILLS for Insurance and cover , including bill for 5000 advance for Led tv I paid him.
4. I require monetory relief too for causing me mental agony for almost 3 months because service provider knows I installed cctv set up due to legal issues and suggested by police and lawyers.

Please note I have all the proofs.

    Fraud Arvind Rana should be sent to Jail by Gane:

    Arvind Rana is just a Fraud person, who will be sent to Jail immediately. He take money for new hard disk and supplies Fake Chinese / Old Hard Disk which doesn't work even single days. I installed on 11 Oct 2021 and Cams are not working since 12 Oct 2021 and no service. Then I called another engineer then came to know Mr Fraud Arvind Rana supplied fake old Hard Disk, that's why not provided any bill. When asked for warranty and bill then Fraud Arvind Rana started abusing and threaten me.
