The doctor agreed to an online video consultation , perhaps considering me to be an easy target suggested surgery straight of the bat on a video call when my xray report was normal and mri report said I had a sprain. When I mentioned I had consulted two other orthopedic surgeons including the one who suggested him to me and they said it is a sprain he backtracked. He said you can do exercises and wear a brace. When asked for more details he said he cannot tell anything on video. Sir if you cannot tell anything video then why did you suggest surgery straight away. Also, if you can't tell any thing on video call then why do you charge for it. Would also like to ask if my xray reports read normal how did you suggest broken bones ?to be fair I showed him the picture of the xray and not the report which said it is normal as I thought it may not be relevant. As the injury was visible only in MRI. Seems to me you want to mislead patients and make money. I got nothing out of the online consultation and was asked to come meet in person for brace and exercises. When asked to give links he could not suggest anything. How is he qualified to give a video consultation
