Complaint against abusive RBL bank collection

Myself Mahesh Chatterji and my RBL card no. is 7477770000495371. I would like to tell u that I am going through very tough time where I am not able to fulfill my and family daily needs. I have 2 child, I am paying their school fees, house rent, and to all my creditors. I am financially broken and I don't know where to go. One of collection agent Mr. Ankit Sharma is calling at my office landline and speaking to my co-workers and misleading them that I have taken Rs. 5 lacs loan and doing fraud and not making any payment which is totally false and he is also misbehaving with my co-workers calling them Besharam.
In turn My colleagues are scolding me for the harrasment they faced.
I want to know Who gave Mr. Ankit Sharma and his team the right to call at my office speaking to other person. They have not taken the loan. Also I am paying whatever I have and I can pay every month. May be that is not fulfilling their targets so they r calling at my office, misbehaving with others and threatening me to come at my office for recovery of payment. This is causing me mental harrassment and giving me sleepless nights. One thing that I would like to tell you if I lose my job then how would I pay the dues which I am already paying and how will I raise my 2 little children. DOES RBL Bank will take care of them. I am sharing Mr. Ankit Sharma's cell numbers from which he is calling 099901 94294 , 099905 50254, 098711 47220, 088604 90254. Recovery should be done in a proper way not by calling friends, family and co workers. I hope RBL Bank does not believe in these shameful practice. I am paying the money and will pay each and every penny. I will not run away, I have to live here and take care of my family. I request you to please call your collection agent Mr. ANKIT SHARMA and tell him to stop calling and harrasing others and defaming me. If somehow I lose my job or anything happens to me then RBL COLLECTION AGENT MR.Ankit Sharma and his entire team should be held responsible.Please help me.
