Dear Sir,
We have already make the payment through online for new gas connection on 24 Nov. but distributor said that which account we have deposited the amount that should be closed.
However, the amount has been deducted in my account i have a receipt for this amount.
therefore, we are requested to you, please give us the new gas connection otherwise refund my amount in my account.
