gas agency delivered me a defected leaked gas cylinder after some day when i checked there was some smell of gas then i found the gas leaked which kept in my store room but the seal of gas not disturbed by me. so i complained it but gas agency said that was not their fault.but how that was not their fault i have no idea what i do for my loss please help me
