Wrong Reading of meter of IGL double the current consumption and reading

We have two
connection of IGLone with BP NO 7000044030 & 7000106897 and last month
they have send the bill with wrong reading which is double the current
consumption and reading. Even the one connection has not used till
date still they have send the bill with reading of there wish.
No one usually comes to take reading and they write reading of there
wish, as we are getting continuous remainder so we have paid the
provisional bill which is 70% higher than current reading. We have
raised the complaint on your portal as well as called 5 time to your
customer care every time they said they will send the same to correct
the same. It has more than a 50 days we are requesting and no action
is being taken.
I even wrote to Minister of petroleum, IGL officials even after noone is ready to resolve problem
