Irregular supply of gas cylinder and over charging of money on supply of cylinder.

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: July 22, 2015
Sir, I have booked our Gas through IVRS system on date -01/07/2015, But till today we do not recieved any gas cylinder. On contacting at SHUKLA GAS AGENCY employees do not give any satisfactory answer, every day he says tomorrow will be supplied by agency, This happens due to regretting of overcharging at the time of cylinder supply. Due to this we suffer a lot problem. we and our childrens are going to office & school without breakfast and lunch.
