Irregularity in LPG distribution

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: November 29, 2016
I have booked my LPG cylinder on line on 17.11.16. Ref No-621085 and consumer No-38564 and the same is not delivered till date. On inquiring with agency they are not giving any satisfactory answer. I got message that cylinder is delivered and LPG subsidy credited.Kindly look into the matter and take corrective answer.
