i was book a LPG Cylinder on dated 01.11.2016, and we have receive a message your cylinder is delivered on dated 04.11.2016 but we have not received any cylinder, then today i call to prankur customer care nomber of time, but they have not receive my cal.

please resolve this problem coz of i need a LPG Cylinder on urgent basis.

    My consumer number is 7075771821 and I have ordered a cylinder on 05th May and I have received a message saying ny cylinder is delivered on 11th May. however, I have not received the cylinder. On calling the gas agency they said they will check and let me know and I still haven't received my cylinder. The name of the Gas agency (Indane Gas) is KK Gas agency, Munnekollala, Bangalore -560037
