I want to inform you that, I Harshit Mathur s/o Mrs Kavita Mathur had a received a cylinder on 12th February 2017 and then it was installed on 22nd February 2017. Yet then the gas was finished on 1st April 2017. Normally the gas works around 1 month 2 week but that cylinder which I installed on 22nd February 2017 was finished earlier than the day I expect. Then I watched the gas and then I noticed that I have received the cylinder of 17 kg but then I immediately started rubbing the 17 and was shocked to see that it was 15 writiten on it ! It meant Gas agency i.e Jayant Gas Service ( Indane Gas) had stolen 2 kg of gas from my cylinder. I have that cylinder with me. Kindly take strict action against it . Or else I would complain to consumer forum. And make sure that the compensation amount of rupee 5000/- will be given. Otherwise strict action will be taken and FIR will be fired against Jayant Gas Service of Indane Gas .
