Under Weight Cylinder , booked a refill from CHANDINI GAS SERVICE

I had booked a refill from CHANDINI GAS SERVICE and received it on 07/04/2017 through cash memo No. 3000003068. After examining I found it weighs around 25 kgs(instead of 30.3 kg). This is not the first time, rather they have been doing this since ages. Since a very long time, this agency have been cheating the consumers.

I have registered the same complaint on Indian Oil's website also but have not yet got any response.

I request you to take strict actions against them so that in future they don't dare to do such crimes. I am hoping for a swift and strict action from you. Thanks.
