Sir/Ma'am here are illegal sale of gas cylinders in our locality by the person name Satbir at H.No. D-15, Near Shiv Mandir, Harswaroop Colony, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi -110074. He is selling cylinders in black to all the consumer staying in this or near by locality and insisting them to pay 30-40% increased price. He stores approximately 8-10 cylinders at his residence which is causing a safety issue to the neighbours.

Please take immediate action against him.
