Dear Team,

Recently i have made payment to Sri Neelakanta Gas Agency at Hyderabad for availing new gas connections. They took Rs.5700/- from me. Rs. 1000/- in cash and Rs.4700/- via gpay to one of their staff number. They gave the receipt only for Rs.4650/- as attached here. When we asked the same they are not giving clarity. Telling us we will not get invoice for remaining amount. Is this the practice here at Indane ? let me know. Also the delivery person is not at all responding and asking us to come and take the cylinder by Auto. Is this the practice here at indane ? let me know. I am not attaching screen shot of my gpay statement and invoice because of the error code 520. Also check with all the others who have applied new connections on that day. They took money in cash from them also.
