Regards cylinder delivery delay since 1.5 months

Sir/Madam,

Im Chandrashekar regards Consumer no CX649477 indane gas.
Agency name TSCSCL HYD

I hereby to inform that i have booked gas in january month in indane app it has showing date jan14 i waited for one week and called to delivery boy number showing in aap(G venkat reddy) he said that i ll delivery but in month ending they cancelled my booking automatically.
So i again i booked gas from my end in the indane app delivery date was shown as FEB 1st.so i waited up to feb 14 after i starting complaining regards my delivery 3 to 4 times no response.so again i called the delivery boy at that he was shouting on me that i'm not your area delivery boy.so i said what i have seen in app and called u.
So i'm trying to get my cylinder by complaint giving in app 3 to 4 times no response today i called customer care and raised complaint i didn't get any satisfactory answer from them they were saying we are raising complaint.
So I'm writing mail to you regarding this issue.Please consider this as my complaint and try to resolve this issue by delivering a cylinder to me.

I hope ill get rectify my issue.

Plz give me correct details why it's getting delayed and later auto cancellation.

Plz try to rectify my issue and provide me cylinder.
