GAS booked on 2 of September 2022 but not deliver till today 7 september 2022when approach at office

A gas cylinder booked at HP sri gajanan gas agency Hassan nagar branch on 2 Sept 2022 by online, & received cash memo by message on 4bsept 2022, but till 7 Sept 2022 didn't receive delivery, when approach at office there is no particular reason, this is happening from last few months, I need some authorities to take action against them.
