I placed order for Akbar Sofa Cum bed on M/s Nitraa Furniture Pvt. Ltd, C4, Ph-III, Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai on 26 Sept 2017 in their website: www.nitraafurniture.com by making online payment to their Bank Account. Order acknowledged vide No. 5931971. As per the website assurance, the item was supposed to be delivered within 7 days. Even after 6 months, the item is not sent. I requested them thro mail several times to refund my money. But no response. I was in contact with Mr. Ramachandran/Vijay Reddy (9962111085) 1 month back and they were telling item was ready and would be dispatched. Now they are not picking up the phone. Even their website is showing "Temporarily shut down for maintenance". Compliant was also lodged in INGRAM (consumerhelpline.gov.in) with ID 594588 in Feb 2018.
Please do help to get my money back.
