Royal Oak Sofa Seats Sagging - Service Request not acknowledged

Hi Team,

Please look into my request for service.

I have reported this issue almost a month back and service has not been provided nor Service token was provided. Archana from Attapur(hyderabad) branch has been appraised about the service requirement last month.

Attached are the sofa pictured with saggy seats.

Sofa were delivered on 9th March,2020.Location is hyderabad.
