Regarding COVE KING BEDROOM PACKAGE,COVE: BOX BED 180 X 200-BAMBOO BROKEN PANEL

I have purchased
Material Code- C108255 ,Description-COVE KING BEDROOM PACKAGE from
Asansol in Dec-2015.

Invoice No: 6103002171

All the four Square size Covering the box has developed a crack. Once i opened the box for keeping some items around 2 months back, then i saw the crack in it. I don't know from when the crack has developed.
All the cracks are passing from the centre of the cover in which a hole is there for uplifting it. Even one of them has wide gap across it.

How there can be a crack in all the four square size top cover of the bed ?
I think definitely the quality of the material supplied to me was of not of the good standard leading to crack in all of them.

Once they have taken the image of the panel and showroom from asansol persons have agreed that there is a problem. Now head office chennai has gone in a silent mode. neither they are responding through email nor picking my phone.

Please help me.
