Power consumption of refrigerator unit ( Product Model:HRB-3404PCG-EK ) is much more than the claime

The refrigerator unit was purchased on 20/12/2017 and due to mechanical damage the delivered unit was replaced by new one and commissioned on 10/01/2018. It has been observed that the refrigerator unit is consuming more power than their claimed as per efficiency sticker pasted on the door. Over complain, the representative attended the unit twice and failed to proof the efficiency as demanded during demonstration. In turn the refrigerator consuming much more power (more than one unit per day). On further complain, the customer service not responding properly and since March'2018 no body attended the problem further. Six months passed but the problem not yet resolved. WE DON'T EXPECT SUCH POOR PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE FROM INTERNATIONAL BRAND OF HAIER GROUP OF COMPANY.
Objective of complain is not to claim the amount but to stop the illegal marketing by providing a false power consumption sticker on the refrigerator unit and cheating the customers.
