Order placed for customised furniture as per ORDER NO. #INSF112552133 of value Rs. 80,000/- for 4 Pieces of furniture. Order placed on 5th Oct.'17. The order has been wrongly manufactured despite very detailed information on mail + phone call explanations. They have made 3 out of 4 pieces of furniture. The pictures shared are with wrong design. Since I have paid the full amount in advance as per their requirement, the company is not responding appropriately now for almost 3 weeks. I continue to call them and write to them, but they are not reponding nor refunding my money.
