Dear Concern,

This is to inform you that we have placed an order of 28 benches for kids (Size - 3 seater) on 1st June 2018. the quotation by Mayuresh enterprises for reference.

As per the terms, we have made on line payment of 25000/-. After that the follow-up session. I kept calling everyday for the consignment, & Mr. Chetan Dua (Manager) with whom we were dealing.

Based on the Order fulfillment date, we have planned our Kindergarten school on 11th June 2018. After 11th June 2018 also, they didn't responded to my calls nor reply to my messages. Always some or the other reasons, they promised me and we got delayed in Oor School Opening. Today that person, after sending him the police complaint threatening, he said that he will return our money. But my concern is that because of them firstly our Opening got delayed. Secondly, as we didn't able to complete the infrastructure On Time, we have lost around 15 admissions which is around Rs. 15000*15= Rs.2,25,000.

Who is responsible for this? I wanted my order to be completed on time as in education sector, we people do not compromise on infrastructure thing. I want this should be compensated, otherwise I'll be filing a Police Complaint in our Local Police Station. I am having all the communication details with them.
