We have given furniture work to shop name "Living Concept Pune". They charged us Rs. 1,20,000 INR and they took 60,000 in advance before starting the work.
They gave us commitment of 1 month for delivery but delayed and given incomplete delivery after 2 months.
At the time of delivery they took another 40,000 in advance and now asking again 20,000 without doing proper delivery. We asked them to complete the work and take remaining amount but they are not ready to do .
During this period we have faced so much of mental harassment from workers . they are not even talking to us in well manner.
Still they are not ready to complete our work and not ready to return our money which they have taken in advance.
