fraudulently selling chines goods on pretext of made in india

I bought a sofa from above company believing their claim that the product is made in india. The company hide the mandatory information of product origin in their website. When the product delivered i found out from the outer croton itself that the product is made in china. I waited for company's assembly team to complain about this issue as the company has promised that they will visit within 3working days to complete the sofa assembly. The team never visited and I contacted the company call center . The executive refused to accept that the product is made in china. I requested that I am confirm that the product is made in china and request to take the item back as I am against the Chinese product. The excutive told me that 10% of the amount would be deducted and I agreed as I did not want the product. The executive told me that senior executive will get in touch with me to resolve the issue and I should communicate through mail on this mater. I did not received any answer to my mails till today. Nobody called me up from company to address my issue.

Company froudently sold me unwanted product. Did not provide me after sales service and did not bother to address my plight.
