Defective Dining Table Delivered

The dining table is defective piece with manufacturing defects emerging on the same day it was delivered.

The table is unstable and damaged one, which could be risky at anytime, more over the chairs are not getting adjusted under the table, so it is covering more space. On the same day we have informed them about the aforementioned issues, but they completely ignored my complain.

Then after multiple reluctant communications & mental harassment for almost 7 days, a technician (local carpenter) who also confirmed about the defective table, that it is damaged, and could not be fixed easily, so it will be unstable attachment

I've requested them multiple times through mail communication & verbal interaction on their customer support to replace the defective dining table which they refused to take back the defective table.
